One of the most common stretches for the hips is the hip extension stretch (shown below). But most people fuck it up by excessively arching their lower backs.

- Start with your knee directly below your hip (vertical thigh angle).
- Tuck your pelvis in slightly.
- Squeeze your glute.
- Extend your hip forward (keeping your glute engaged).
- Hold for at least 1-2 min.
